The Ambassadors for the College of Human Environmental Sciences act as the hosts and hostesses for the college. They work very closely with Events Staff and Dean’s Office to put on events for the college. The Ambassadors also assist with Leadership Board meetings, Homecoming activities, Honors Day ceremonies and other official events that our college sponsors or participates in. They may communicate with and possibly meet with prospective students and families. They work with our College Recruiter in various recruitment opportunities, as needed.
Requirements:
- Be a major in CHES for at least one year
- Be able to serve the entire academic year (August – May)
- Maintain the integrity of the College of Human Environmental Sciences by presenting a positive and lasting image of the college and its students
- Have GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Participate in 12 hours or more of Ambassador activities per semester
- Provide your own black suit, white shirt and professional black shoes
