Before your advising appointment, review your DegreeWorks and check the requirements for your major. Note any questions you have regarding your academic record. Prepare a tentative class schedule as appropriate. Bring the tentative class schedule, along with a list of questions and concerns, to your advising appointment. Inform your advisor of any courses you are taking or planning to take at another institution.
Always include your CWID in emails to UA officials and use your @crimson email account.
It is the student’s responsibility to make sure they are advised and registered within a timely manner. Delaying advising and/or registration may result in necessary classes being full.
Registration Times are posted at least two weeks before registration begins. Go to the “Student” tab on myBama. Under the “Academic Services” box, click on “Registration Status” and select the term. Your specific date and time for registration should display.
