The Catherine Austin Dietetic Internship at the Memphis VA (Memphis VA Medical Center – Dietetic Internship Program is a VA sponsored, 40 week dietetic internship providing 1200 supervised practice hours with a strong background in clinical nutrition with a concentration in ambulatory care. Dietetic Interns are given hands on experience with skills such as motivational interviewing, nutrition focused physical exams, and the nutrition care process in a variety of settings.
